Erica Beck
Erica N. Beck focuses primarily on transactional law and litigation. Her practice draws on her prior experience in the private sector, government, and in-house.
Before joining the Sidney Torres Law Firm, Ms. Beck served as General Counsel for the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad, where she oversaw human resources, labor relations, governmental affairs, risk management, safety & training, real estate, contracts, litigation, and all other legal affairs.
Prior to joining the railroad, Ms. Beck worked for the City of New Orleans under Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu, where she served as Chief Deputy City Attorney and then as Executive Counsel to the Mayor.
After law school, she clerked for Louisiana Supreme Court Justice Catherine “Kitty” Kimball before entering private practice in commercial litigation.
She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School, where she was also a member of the Loyola Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.
Rebecca Goldenberg
Rebecca Goldenberg is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and a graduate of Loyola University and Loyola University College of Law. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 2015.
Mrs. Goldenberg is an experienced title attorney with years of experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mrs. Goldenberg’s practice also includes general civil litigation, business and contract matters, estate planning, and successions. Mrs. Goldenberg is also a licensed insurance agent.
Mrs. Goldenberg is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from Loyola University and then graduated from Loyola University’s College of Law where she also obtained a Certificate in Health Law.
Salina Pentney Livaccari
Salina Pentney Livaccari was born in Reggio, Louisiana and currently resides in Metairie. She has been with Property Title, Inc. since the age of 19. Salina is the Chalmette Office Branch Manager. She is a commissioned Notary Public for the parishes of St. Bernard, Jefferson, Plaquemines, Orleans, Tangipahoa, Livingston, and St. Helena. She has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and specializes in complex commercial transactions.
Christy Fugate
Christy is a resident of the City of Slidell. She has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and is a Licensed Statewide Notary Public.
Christy volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (‘CASA’) in St. Tammany Parish and is an active member of the The Steel Mimosas. She's committed to helping us reach and serve clients across Louisiana.
